Our staff have many years of experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of gardens. Our experience is partly derived from the problems faced by our customers. Their problems and solutions have been shared and the knowledge passed on. An essential aspect of gardening is the sharing of one's successes and failures.

Planting Advice Service

We can help with a range of planting projects including: Cottage gardens; herbaceous
borders; woodland glades; architectural plants within a contemporary or minimalist setting.

We are also happy to help with individual plant choices. The latter is freely given but
significant schemes will attract a charge. Please contact us for details.



Garden Design and Construction Service

This service is offered by our landscape company, Arcadia Landscape design. Our portfolio
is displayed in the nursery and on our website www.arcadialandscape.co.uk.

Our in house construction teams are experienced, trained and qualified.




Commercial and Residential Maintenance

Arcadia Landscape Design undertakes both commercial and residential maintenance contracts.
The relationship developed during project construction often continues into the support
phase either in the from of occassional visits or a contract for regular visits. Our customers
appreciate the help we give to ensure the garden develops as planned and that it is
maintained at the desired level.



Planting and aftercare service

In addition to maintenance we can provide a planting service that can include clearance, preparation and planting. This can be very useful if a mature tree or shrub is to be planted. We are able to help in the identification and treatment of many pests and diseases.

Although we are tolerant of a degree of damage to ornamental plants as a natural event, we advise that precautionary measures are taken to protect crops.
